What to wear
Come as you are. For oil massages and the Moroccan bath we provide disposable wear and towels. For Thai, head and foot massage you stay in comfortable clothing.
During your treatment
Your therapist will check the pressure you like and any areas to focus on. Speak up at any time if you'd like it lighter or firmer — it's your treatment.
After your treatment
Take a few minutes in the lounge with a cup of tea before heading back out. Drinking some water and taking it easy for the rest of the day helps you hold on to that calm.
